Standard orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the product description. All items are premade and inventory will be labeled as “Sold out” if not in inventory. Lost packages: Saint Lorenzo does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and make sure they receive it on the day it is expected to deliver. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. Returned packages: We are not responsible if your order is returned to us by the courier, please contact us once it is returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we can process a reshipment.
